From the airport, My hosts took me for late midnight snack at the Banchiao Night Market. Taiwan has dozens of these all over the country. And that may even be an understatement. Just like in any night market, I expected the usual scenario of clothes vendors and street food.. and exotic food was one of them.. I didn’t know what to order, but I was willing to be adventurous.
